Before you ask someone for something, make an assessment of whether or not they will be able to give it to you.
If you are asking someone to listen to your problem and help you solve it, make sure they have the emotional maturity and the ability to help you.
If you are asking someone to love you unconditionally, make sure they have the capacity to do that befor you demand the impossible of them.
1. DON'T SHARE PAST FINANCIAL FAILURES OR PERSONAL FAILURES WITH ANYONE. THAT WHICH IS IN THE PAST MUST STAY IN THE PAST. IF YOU THINK OF IT, DWELL ON IT, VOCALIZE IT, YOU WILL ONLY MAKE IT RE-APPEAR TODAY AND TOMORROW.
2. DO TODAY WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO AND DO IT TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABILITY. DON'T TRY TO DO TOMORROWS WORK TODAY, IT IS FOR TOMORROW! DON'T WORRY ABOUT YESTERDAY'S WORK, IT IS ALREADY DONE. CONCERN YOURSELF ONLY WITH TODAY'S WORK AND DO IT THE BEST YOU CAN, AS SWIFTLY AS YOU CAN BUT DO NOT RUSH. MISTAKES ARE MADE WHEN YOU RUSH. DO TODAY'S WORK WELL.
3. GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION TO BE AWKWARD!
